Overview

Lakkavva, despised by her father for being a girl, finds solace in her mother, Durgamma. Despite her challenges with deafness, Lakkavva resolves to be the voice for deaf and mute children. With dreams of funding her cochlear implant, she learns sign language and lip-reading. However, her world is shaken when her brother, in a drunken state, commits a crime, leading to Lakkavva being wrongly accused.
