Cooking Up Democracy

Overview

Nowhere else does the experimental kitchen of digital democracy simmer as intensely as in the geopolitically threatened island republic of Taiwan. The "recipes" for these menus were created by activist students from the open-source community. Visionary Digital Minister Audrey Tang is spreading the concept internationally. At the heart of the film, however, are the creative cooks of the LGBTQI+ community and the emerging environmental movement.
