Jericho, an aspiring doctor, seeks a mysterious alternative medicine in the provinces. The search unexpectedly brings him to Mang Donado, also known as Dr. Videoke, an owner of a videoke rental store. Upon arriving at Mang Donado's home, Jericho finds himself in an increasingly bizarre and unsettling situation involving Mang Donado's eerie antics and peculiar behavior.
