Overview

Due to financial difficulties, Rafael's father no longer has the resources to pay their rent, leaving them vulnerable regarding housing, which forces them to consider the possibility of living on the streets. The series of events that culminates in his journey with his father leads Power World 95 to create one of the greatest villains of City Boa Vida.
