Overview

The piece is a short film centered on Stromboli, the active volcano in the Aeolian Islands in Sicily. This work is a fragment of a broader narrative about my origins, told through the curious and fascinated eyes of my mother. Her deep connection to this island and the commanding presence of the volcano inspired me to explore the story through her perspective.
