Overview

A young adult who fights with his thoughts and daily struggles, learns he has autism. With the help of therapy and his friend he tries to accept this fact. The vignettes that are shown in this short film are based on the personal experiences of the director. Understanding and accepting who you are was a big part of therapy and has become the basis of this project. Through visual metaphors, the film shows what it feels like to be on the spectrum. It does so in a minimal and playful style, showing only the bare essentials.
