Claudio Ruffini (Perugia, 1940. június 26. – La Rochelle, 1999. november 30.) olasz színész és kaszkadőr.
Leggyakrabban Bud Spencer és Terence Hill filmjeiben volt látható kisebb-nagyobb szerepekben. Kaszkadőr-színészként sok filmben feltűnt, többnyire ellenfélként. Legemlékezetesebb szerepei Bugsy az …és megint dühbe jövünkből, valamint a Kincs, ami nincs kalózkapitánya, Kaldor. Gyakori vendég volt a korszak népszerű műfajában, a spagettiwesternben is. Utolsó szerepét 1981-ben forgatta, karrierje súlyos alkoholizmusa miatt megszakadt. Utolsó éveit a franciaországi La Rochelle-ben élte. Egyes sajtójelentések szerint alkoholmérgezésben hunyt el 1999-ben.
