Le Yiyan, a Macau Judicial Police inspector, is devastated when his daughter, Le Jiaqi, is found murdered. Suspect Qiu Junwen, is arrested and convicted, but when another girl is killed months later, Le Yiyan begins to doubt that the real killer is behind bars.
