After a medical error in a simple operation, the child Walid falls into a coma and dies, but Dr. Farid, the hospital director, falsifies the reports to protect his reputation. Meanwhile, his son Hisham lives a reckless life, until heaven's justice comes to take revenge on Farid through his son, in a shocking and unexpected way.
