Agya Betal (Syed Jan), the demonic ruler of Maldweep, kidnaps Anarbala (Shanta Kashmiri), the daughter of Maharaja Madan Singh (Abdul Rahim Pahelwan), and keeps her hidden away in a magic city where monsters worship the goddess Narka Kumari while sacrificing devotees of the god Vishnu.
