The city of Semey is expecting a visit from the president, and local patrolmen are trying to get into his escort motorcade. But the boss, given their reputation, assigns elite police officers Dima and Renat to this task. Despite this, the guys do not intend to give up and miss the opportunity to accompany the country's top official.
