In the follow-up to The New Necktie Strangler, the original Necktie Strangler has escaped! He kidnaps both Lexi Kane (Tracey Lixx), Jeffrey Holmes new girlfriend, and Clarissa Wilson (Debbie D), Holmes deputy. He taunts Holmes (Dean Paul) to come and try to rescue them. Will Lexi and Clarissa meet the same fate as the Necktie Strangler’s previous victims? And what major twist might affect the outcome?
