A young man with the brain of a child, nicknamed Pinocchio , lives and works in a hospice run by an evil manager, assisting the elderly and burying them once dead. Through a twist of fate he moves to the US with luxurious living and the world of high finance. Bewildered, embarrassed and unhappy at the new situation, he is soon caught by nostalgia for his old life and decides to run away.
